2011 saw the release of amazing videos from some of our favorite Christian artists. Although many awesome videos were released, we at Yada Magazine want to tell you who made the cut for our Top 25 Christian Music Videos for the year 2011.


25. Simi- I do

This song is a simple love song that you simply expresses what love is and what love is supposed to be. The video is also a very simple video and it is obvious Simi was having fun while doing what she loves.


24. eMJOY- The eMJOY Channel

This song is short and straight to the point and in less than 2 minutes you feel the amazing sound of eMJOY. This is another simple video and we love his play with the images. Good one for a rookie in the business.

23. Tim Godfrey- Agidigba

This worship leader has evolved into a dynamic artists over the years. This song is awesome and the video is wonderful with cameo appearances by various cool artists.

22. Onos- Tomorrow feat. ID Cabasa and Lara George

This song is amazing. It gives us the hope that whatever we go through there is always tomorrow. Onos, ID and Lara did a good one with the song and with the video too.


21. Tolu Odukoya- Gifted and Proud

The Award winning singer’s debut single featuring the amazing Onyeka Owenu is one song that you will not stop singing in a hurry. We love what the director did with the video and also the cameo appearances by Nikki Laoye, N.U.T.T.Y Josh amongst others


20. 116 Clique- Man Up

Lecrae, Tedashii, Trip Lee, KB, PRo, Andy Mineo and Sho Baraka brought us an awesome jam plus an awesome video. Where the men at? Y’all better man up!


19. Kenny K’ore- Psalm 23 (Odeshii)

This short remix to Psalm 23 is awesome plus the video done by the amazing Gbenga Salu is phenomenal.


18. Brandon Heath- The Light in Me

From his album “Leaving Eden” this is one song I believe that everyone can relate to plus the video is also phenomenal and hits u in all the right places

17. Montell Jordan- Shake Heaven feat. Beckah Shae

Shake Heaven is an awesome jam by former R&B singer, Montell. The song encourages us to bring heaven on earth and the video is also cool and was done at Victory World Church.


16. The Ambassador- Pop pop

Pop pop is a recently released single by The Ambassador and I can say it is practically one of the hip hop songs to be released this year. And it is a catchy song too so peep it.

15. tJay & Level 3:16- Love

This is one of the best collaborations I have heard this year. We can start by saying when seven people can effectively come on a track and at the end make a dope record, they have to be commended.


14. Da’ T.R.U.T.H – The Whole Truth

The Whole Truth is a personal song to Da’ T.R.U.T.H and we like how he is able to bring this alive in the music video. We can relate and understand his story by just watching the video.


13. Mr. Coldstone-  Elevator

Elevator is a cool song and even though the video is short, we know what this talented emcee is trying to say with the track.


12. Martha Munizzi- Make it Loud feat. Pablo Villatoro

We are in love with Martha Munizzi’s new sound and this video shows a whole new side to the gospel singer and she features Pablo who was formerly a member of the award winning group “Group 1 Crew”.


11. Beckah Shae- #putyourloveglasseson

This song is awesome and the video is off the chain as we see Beckah playing different personalities in the video. I think I want my own love glasses and Yes, I mean the one she has on in the video.


10. Pastor J- Conqueror

Jimmy Odukoya also known as Pastor J released the video for his second single “Conqueror” sometime at the middle of the year and it is an instant favorite competing for outstanding video both in mainstream and in gospel.


9. Mali Music- The Job Experience

Mali Music has exploded on to the mainstream market with The Job Experience. This song is awesome and the video clearly brings out the emotion that the song portrays.

8. Tedashii- Dum Dum feat. Lecrae

This is the ultimate party jam and it is shown in the video. It is cool to see the 116 boys get loose on the camera.


7. Casting Crowns- Courageous

Courageous is the first single of the “Come to the Well” album and it is also off the soundtrack for the faith based movie with the same name. The song is awesome and very inspiring


6. Royal Tailor- Make a Move

Make a Move by Royal Tailor is an awesome song and has a dance feel to it. The video is super creative and we love it here.


5. Hillsong- Alive in us

No one does Live DVDs like the Hillsong Music team and Alive in Us is a beautiful song. We love them


4. Group 1 Crew- Live it Up

Another party jam we love. The video literally makes you want to party and have fun and the lyrics are easy to learn.


3. Mary Mary- Walking

Walking by Mary Mary is the jam. It expresses what we believers think about sometimes and the video has a way of getting you to move your feet.


2. Jamie Grace- Hold Me feat. Tobymac

This song is the jam. It has been on the top 10 spot everywhere since it was released and Jamie Grace is showing no signs of slowing down. The song features Tobymac and the video has a feel good feel to it.


1. Kirk Franklin- I Smile

Kirk Franklin holds the Number 1 spot with the video to his song “I Smile”. Watching the video would bring a smile to your face as the video features appearances from Jill Scott, Kim Burrell, Pastor Donnie McClurkin among others.



So these are our top 25 Christian Music Videos of 2011. Let us wait and see what 2012 holds for us.
