Christian Rapper FLAME shoots to #1 on iTunes hip-hop chart and #8 on OVERALL iTunes Top Albums (on iTunes Homepage)

Clear Sight Music recently released FLAME’s sixth full-length album, appropriately titled, The 6th. The highly anticipated follow-up to the 2010 release, Captured, shot straight to #1 on iTunes’ Hip-Hop Chart, and #8 on the Top Albums Chart, sharing the Top 10 with albums from such chart-topping artists as Adele, Big Time Rush and Bruce Springsteen.


The 6th has debuted to glowing reviews from a wide variety of media outlets, including, Jesus Freak Hideout, and Christianity Today. refers to the The 6th  as “Intelligently designed hip-hop.”


“He’s been nominated for a Grammy, [four] Doves, and two Stellars, but somehow FLAME is still one of rap’s best-kept secrets,” wrote Andy Argyrakis for Christianity Today. “That’s all about to change on this sixth album, which benefits from his rapid rhymes, stellar production, and a slew of guest collaborators (including DecembeRadio, LeCrae, Thi’sl, Young Noah, and V. Rose).”
