Proverbs 12:18-28

“There’s a lesson to be learnt in each verse and I hope they’d each speak to you. I’d like to highlight a few:
There’s a relief and a freedom that comes with hardwork, not just hardwork, excellent work. So I should seek to do things excellently the 1st time. This is a habit that needs to be built and can be applied in every aspect of my life.

I am also encouraged to watch the way I use my tongue. The cure to depression is words. The ministry of words is so crucial, that the onus is on me to fill up with the right words to speak at the right season. Those words are God’s words, and they speak life and peace to the depressed soul. I choose this day, to seek words that build up a person rather than tear down. There’s no shame in speaking calmly, it will definitely turn away wrath.

Also, I have learnt that I can’t be friends with everyone. I need to aspire to move with the best. For me, the best isn’t the popular crowd. I can’t be aspiring to go to heaven and then move with the company going to hell. Friendships define people, so I should ensure that I choose my friends…wisely.”

What about you? 🙂

We pray these words bless you and help you stay on the right path.

Have the most inspiring day.

God bless you.

Lots of love
